Belkin F9H100-CW Review: Belkin SurgeCube Surge Protector, 1-Outlet Home Series. I bought six of these. These are the least expensive surge protectors I could find that have significant protection against surges. Why do I say this? Two reasons:1) Most inexpensive surge protectors only protect for surges between the hot and neutral power lines. Better ones (like this) are called "3 line" surge protectors, with protection from hot to neutral, hot to ground, and neutral to ground.2) Surge protectors are also rated by the amount of energy they can absorb.
